Tardiness Policy

  • Service start time begins at scheduled appointment time, regardless of tardiness

  • Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to allow time for intake forms to be completed

  • If a client is late, the session will still end at scheduled end time, and the client will be charged for the full session booked

  • If there is not enough time remaining to start the session, the client will still be charged for the full session booked

Reschedule Policy

  • 24 hours notice is required for all rescheduling

  • Failure to reschedule within a 24 hour notice will result in the client being charged for the session booked

Cancellation Policy
