Tardiness Policy
Service start time begins at scheduled appointment time, regardless of tardiness
Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to allow time for intake forms to be completed
If a client is late, the session will still end at scheduled end time, and the client will be charged for the full session booked
If there is not enough time remaining to start the session, the client will still be charged for the full session booked
Reschedule Policy
24 hours notice is required for all rescheduling
Failure to reschedule within a 24 hour notice will result in the client being charged for the session booked
