Tardiness Policy
Service start time begins at scheduled appointment time, regardless of tardiness
Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to allow time for intake forms to be completed
If a client is late, the session will still end at scheduled end time, and the client will be charged for the full session booked
If there is not enough time remaining to start the session, the client will still be charged for the full session booked
Reschedule Policy
24 hours notice is required for all rescheduling limited to one reschedule per active appointment.
Failure to reschedule within a 24 hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.
Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in
full payment for the price of the service. If a deposit was left, the remainder will be charged to the credit card on file.For cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the appointment time, the deposit and/or full price paid is fully refundable less a $5 processing fee.
