Tardiness Policy

  • Service start time begins at scheduled appointment time, regardless of tardiness

  • Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time to allow time for intake forms to be completed

  • If a client is late, the session will still end at scheduled end time, and the client will be charged for the full session booked

  • If there is not enough time remaining to start the session, the client will still be charged for the full session booked

Reschedule Policy

  • 24 hours notice is required for all rescheduling limited to one reschedule per active appointment.

  • Failure to reschedule within a 24 hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.

  • Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in 
    full payment for the price of the service. If a deposit was left, the remainder will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • For cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the appointment time, the deposit and/or full price paid is fully refundable less a $5 processing fee.
